    KOTA OKUDA

KOTA OKUDA is a jewelry brand created by jewelry designer/artist Kota Okuda. Based on his experience studying at Central Saint Martins in London and Parsons School of Design in New York, he develops an innovative approach that spans the fields of jewelry, fashion, and art. He has attracted considerable attention and gained high praise both domestically and internationally for his art project "MONEY WORKS," which uses money and capitalism as motifs to critique consumer society.

The brand inherits the philosophy of MONEY WORKS as "art that reflects society," while proposing fine jewelry (K.OKUDA line) that is close to everyday life and possesses a sculptural presence. By fusing traditional materials such as gold, silver, and gemstones with the delicate handiwork of artisans and digital technologies such as CAD modeling and 3D printing, the brand creates works that combine classic elegance with modern aesthetic beauty. A characteristic of the designs is the three-dimensional form that works both "when worn" and "when placed down." Focusing on the space created between the human body and the object, it presents an experience of "wearable art" that transcends the boundaries of mere ornaments. By intersecting traditional craftsmanship with innovative technology, it brings quiet elegance and individuality not only to special occasions but also to everyday life.
