About delivery and shipping charges

* Customers cannot choose the shipping company. We will arrange the most suitable method.

Payment Methods

■Point expiration date: 12 months from the date of the last point award. (Only available in the online store and app store)
■Regarding defective products: If a defect is found during inspection of the product before shipping, we will contact you.
・If you find any defects in the product after it arrives, please contact us by email (info@cherry-fukuoka.com) or phone within one week of receiving the product.
■About returns and exchanges

[Returns at our own risk]
・For products purchased on the cherry EC site, if the exchange or return is due to our responsibility, such as defective products or incorrect products being shipped, we will cover the shipping costs.
・Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons.
・Refunds for credit card payments will be made to the credit card used at the time of payment.

[ Returns and cancellations due to customer convenience ]
-If you wish to exchange or return a product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, handling fees in the case of cash on delivery, and bank transfer fees for any refunds you have already paid.
・When we issue a refund, we will refund the difference between the product price and the above amount.

*If you pay by any method other than cash on delivery when placing an order, we will not be able to cancel your order.

*Regarding refusal to accept cash on delivery payments Although this does not affect most good customers, there have been some losses caused by customers refusing to accept products.

If you refuse to receive the product, we will charge you the shipping fee, COD fee, and return handling fee. If you refuse to receive the product, the store will incur losses such as shipping fee, COD fee, packaging material cost, labor cost, etc.

Therefore, if we are unable to contact a customer who repeatedly refuses to accept cash on delivery without a valid reason, we may take legal action if we determine that the customer is behaving maliciously.

[Notes regarding returns and exchanges]
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases: Please check the product immediately upon arrival.
- Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago (or the first notification of absence if you are not at home)

■If the total price of your order is 11,000 yen or less (tax included), you will be responsible for shipping costs in addition to the product price. ■Regarding out-of-stock items: The products sold at our store are also sold at CHERRY stores.
・In rare cases, when you place your order online, the item may be sold out in our physical store and out of stock. If it becomes difficult to restock the item, we will cancel your order. For orders containing multiple items, we will ship only the remaining items.
・In addition, if the order is changed due to out-of-stock items and the total amount is less than 11,000 yen (tax included), we will ship the order free of charge.
■Our products are mainly shipped by Sagawa Express (Yamato Transport may be used in some areas or depending on the conditions).
・Depending on the delivery area, orders will be shipped within the next business day after confirmation. (We are closed on Wednesdays, so orders placed after 12:00 PM on Tuesdays will be shipped on Thursday.)
・Delivery may be delayed around long holidays (Obon, New Year, etc.). If you are in a hurry, please contact us.
- You can specify the delivery date within 3 to 7 days from the date of order.
