This name was chosen with the aim of disseminating Japan's high technology to the world. mastermind JAPAN is characterized by a casual yet luxurious design, and is particular about the materials and workmanship. Under the theme "LOVE & PEACE" set for each season, we always maintain an attitude of aiming to be "The Best." Signature design elements include detailed embroidery, high-quality denim, and traditional Japanese materials, including the trademark skull.

From 2001, the company participated in exhibitions in Paris and Las Vegas, increasing its international recognition, but ceased activities after the 2013 spring/summer collection.
