Cassina-Modular Imagination
by Virgil Abloh
Last time, "Modular Imagination" items, which sold out immediately after release, are now back in stock online and in stores in limited quantities! !
``Modular Imagination'' is a furniture collection by the late Virgil Abloh, the designer behind the long-established Italian furniture brands ``Cassina'' and ``OFF-WHITE.''
This collection was created by Virgil Abloh in collaboration with Cassina before his death, with the theme that ``people should design spaces with playfulness and that they should be rich in diversity.'' A masterpiece that was completed just before Virgil Abloh passed away.
The design is an industrial-style cube, with orange unit parts accenting the black interior.
The design is inspired by Le Corbusier's masterpiece stools, and the orange unit parts can be connected by fitting into the holes, and can be used as a bench, side table, or standalone as a stool or ottoman. It can change freely!
Although it looks hard, it is soft and elastic to the touch, and it is made of recyclable materials such as polyurethane containing naturally derived polyols, making it a sustainable product.
Check out this collaboration item filled with the thoughts of "Cassina" and "Mr. Virgil Abloh", with the "CASSINA-ABLOH" logo engraved on each block!
