Alexander Digenova was founded in 2015 by designer Alexander Digenova, who hails from Laguna Beach, California.
The 26AW "Collection 06" is a collection that elevates the rebellious spirit of independent subcultures such as punk, heavy metal, and grunge, which are at the root of the designer's own identity, into ready-to-wear clothing. Through screen printing techniques cultivated through self-study since the age of 16, harsh processing, and intentional deconstruction, the collection expresses "perfected destructive beauty" and "DIY aesthetics." As an antithesis to the orderly mainstream, it powerfully presents the raw impulses and unique realism hidden within distortion, fading, and incompleteness.
