ASICS × SNEAKERS
ASICS is a Japanese sports equipment manufacturer, widely known for its high-performance running shoes and sportswear. Founded in 1949 as "Kobashi Industries," the company changed its name to "ASICS" in 1977. This name is derived from the Latin proverb "Anima Sana In Corpore Sano," meaning "A sound mind resides in a sound body."
The Spring/Summer 2026 collection, while centered on functionality, has been updated with a more refined appearance. The interplay between Kiko Kostadinov's experimental and structural approach and the practicality and stability of the inline collection creates a consistent atmosphere throughout. Against a backdrop of contrasts such as city and nature, movement and stillness, the collection quietly re-examines the relationship between the body and the environment, resulting in a collection that gently presents contemporary functional beauty without making an excessive statement.
